ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING AND ASSESSMENTS


Ahlberg Engineering, Inc. performs all types of environmental assessments and if an environmental concern is uncovered, can assist in preparing mitigation or remediation plans.

Phase I Environmental Site Assessments are conducted to identify, to the extent feasible, recognized environmental conditions affecting a parcel of land. These assessments are often done during a property transfer. A Phase I ESA includes:

Phase II Environmental Site Assessments are conducted to further assess suspect environmental conditions uncovered during the Phase I. A Phase II ESA often includes:

Additional Research, Field Sampling and Testing, Asbestos Surveys, Lead Based Paint Surveys, Wetlands Surveys, and Analytical Laboratory Testing
