Fayette Pavilion is a 1,000,000 square foot power center located in the heart of Fayette County. This power center is being four phased. Tenants include Home Depot, Target, Wal-Mart, Publix, Goody‘s, Tinseltown Theater, Barnes & Noble, Rhodes and Sports Authority. The developer, Stan Thomas, would like to add another phase to bring the center to a total of 1,600,000 square feet.
Ahlberg Engineering, Inc. has been involved with this project since 1995. In addition to performing the environmental assessment of the property, AEI is the site’s Geotechnical Engineer having performed geotechnical evaluations and monitored the compaction of over 1,000,000 cubic yards of fill. AEI also performed the quality control testing on several of the buildings including Tinseltown Theater, the Fire Station, Rack Room Shoes and others.
In addition to Fayette Pavilion, AEI has worked with Thomas Enterprises on The Forum on Peachtree Parkway, Snellville Pavilion, Barrett Pavilion, Village Pavilion, Douglasville Pavilion, Venture Point, Newnan Crossing and Newnan Pavilion.
